Order Cancellation Policy
At Quantivion, orders once placed cannot be automatically cancelled through user account dashboard. However, we provide a structured process for cancellation:
- Cancellation requests must be sent to support@quantivion.com within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Orders already in processing, shipment, or digital activation stages cannot be cancelled.
- We reserve the right to accept or reject any cancellation request based on the order type and status.
Shipping Timeline & Uncertainty
Quantivion operates in advanced and emerging tech fields, and thus we do not guarantee exact shipping timelines for any physical or hardware product. Please note:
- Shipping dates may change based on supply chain, regulatory constraints, or ongoing R&D cycles.
- Digital products and SaaS-based services may also have variable activation times depending on verification and licensing cycles.
Refund Conditions
Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:
- If a payment is debited more than once due to system failure, refund will be initiated after technical validation.
- If a product or service is not delivered within 30 business days (unless specified), a refund request can be reviewed.
- In case of proven misrepresentation of the service as per legal and investigational findings, refund may be granted.
We Do Not Refund or Cancel Under the Following Conditions:
- Change of mind after order or subscription.
- User did not understand or misread the service/product offering despite available documentation.
- Services rendered partially or already delivered (including consultations, APIs, licenses).
Exceptional Clause: Investigative Evaluation
We maintain strict policies for fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative cancellation requests. However, if the request is based on a genuine investigation (technical or legal), and proven to be valid after internal or third-party inquiry, we may consider appropriate remedies including a partial or full refund.
Without valid and provable grounds, cancellation or refund cannot be processed.
Subscription Services Cancellation
- Monthly and yearly subscriptions can be cancelled at least 3 days prior to renewal date.
- All cancellations must be emailed to billing@quantivion.com.
- No refunds will be issued for remaining days of active subscriptions after cancellation.
Digital Products & Software
Due to the nature of digital products (code, assets, licenses, downloadable resources, etc.), we do not provide refunds or exchanges once the product is delivered.
Custom Projects or B2B Orders
- Custom AI or IT infrastructure orders are non-refundable once project begins.
- Any milestone-based development services are governed by signed contracts and cannot be unilaterally canceled.
